If anyone's got a broken DS, I know how to fix it.

I know the ins and outs of the DS Lite and can do just about repair on one.
I've worked with the old "DS Phat" in the past and feel confident doing most repairs with it.
I've never opened a DSi or DSi XL, but I've seen pictures of it and it looks just like a slightly more complicated DS Lite.

I can also do simple repairs on other consoles, like fixing up unresponsive buttons on a controller or Game Boy.


I charge as little as $5-$10 for most basic jobs (touch screen replacement, L/R button rix, unresponsive button fix etc.), potentially $20-$25 for a big one like an LCD screen replacement, case swap or complete unbricking.

Either way, it's cheaper than most will charge, and I do it mainly because I enjoy it.

I'm based in the South-East suburbs of Melbourne, but will be prepared to work on your DS if you live far away, providing you can post it to me and pay for return postage.
